A Bannockburn dad and one of his daughters have raised more than £2500 for charity after undertaking a terrifying challenge - inspired by the brave fight of another family member.
Steel fixer Billy Stevenson and daughter Nicola (21) took part in a tandem skydive in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust.
The daredevil move came after Billy’s younger daughter and Nicola’s sister Chloe (14) faced her own fight with cancer last year.
Billy and Nicola would like to thank the community for their generous donations with the final total raised reaching £2519.
Sharon Sheridan from the trust visited the Stevenson family recently to receive the cheque from Billy, Nicola and Chloe, who is now in remission.
“We’d like to thank Sharon and the trust for their support,” said Billy.
