LOCAL teenagers are being offered the chance to help an action-packed youth arts festival.
The MacRobert’s Mpower project will be planned and programmed by a group of 12-17-year-olds.
Places are available to those interested in theatre technician work, costume design, music and marketing
Working alongside professionals in the field, over the course of the next year an arts academy and a series of internships will play a crucial role in the experience.
Youngsters will work with a range of local and national organisations including Forth Valley College and Stirling University as well as The National Theatre of Scotland, Young Scot and Dundee Contemporary Arts.
Work begins this summer towards the festival, which is scheduled for August 2010.
To find out more call the Mpower team on 01786 466668 or e-mail mPOWER@macrobert.org by July 10.
