STIRLING libraries launched their summer reading promotion at Bridge of Allan.
Passport to Reading challenges children to read as many books as they can over the summer and collect stamps in their passports to show how they are doing.
The passports also entitle them to free activities offered by a variety of partners throughout the area.
At the launch were Darren Donaldson and Lisa Sharp , cabin crew with easyJet who talked about the places they fly to and the books they read.
The programme will be running in all of Stirling Council’s libraries until August 22 and is open to children aged four and older.
To obtain a passport all they need to do is show their library membership card.
