YOUNGSTERS in the Bridge of Allan area with nothing to do are being invited along to a new youth club in the town.
The club, which is held in the Chalmers Hall at Bridge of Allan Parish Church, will initially run on the first and third Friday of the month from 7-8pm.
The church’s youth worker Anna Krabbenhoft is the brains behind the club and is at pains to point out that it isn’t church-based.
“I don’t think there is another youth club in Bridge of Allan at the moment,” said Anna.
“Depending on the numbers, it will be up to the youngsters themselves exactly what they want to do - I’ll only be there to supervise.”
The club is open to youngsters from primary seven upwards and the club night costs £1. Drinks and crisps will be available.
Anyone wishing more information on the club and its activities can contact Anna through the church office at 01786 824155.
