Powers fast-track move 'stunt'

Scottish Government proposals to fast-track a raft of proposals on greater powers for Holyrood have been branded a "silly stunt".

It came as MSPs backed the recent Calman Commission on devolution after it was debated at Holyrood.

The SNP want to implement as soon as possible Calman`s recommendations on drink-driving, speed limits, airguns and electoral administration through legislative orders at Holyrood and Westminster.
