SNP challenged over devolution

Labour are due to challenge the SNP to co-operate with a group charged with taking forward the findings of the Calman commission on devolution.

The challenge will be issued in a Holyrood debate on the last day Parliament sits before the recess.

Labour leader Iain Gray will hail the work of the commission and will accuse the Scottish Government of shunning from its findings.
