Councils share £9m housing payout
Local authorities are to share in a £9 million payout to build more council houses, they are due to be told.
Communities minister Alex Neil will announce the payout in a speech in Edinburgh.
The £9 million comes on top of a £25 million payout announced in April for council house-building.
