Kayak death man named
A 47-year-old man who died after his kayak overturned in the sea has been named by police.
Philip Low, from the Kirriemuir area, was one of two kayakers who capsized in Lunan Bay, off the coast of Angus at about 5pm on Saturday.
Tayside Police said inquiries were continuing into the tragedy.
