Salmond urges new Holyrood powers

First Minister Alex Salmond has called on Gordon Brown to clear the way for a raft of new powers to be devolved to Holyrood this year.

This is despite these being rejected by MSPs at Holyrood last week.

The SNP say a range of measures from the Calman Commission on devolution should be implemented as soon as possible in areas like drink-driving, speed limits, airguns and electoral administration.
