Voters give thumbs down on Holyrood

More than two-thirds of voters say the Scottish Parliament has achieved little or nothing in the 10 years since devolution, a new poll revealed.

The SNP would gain 10 seats at Holyrood, according to the TNS System 3 survey for STV's Politics Now programme.

It revealed that 53% of Scots think Holyrood has achieved little since devolution in 1999. This is up from 49% when a similar poll was conducted in 2004.
