Floods affecting Scotland

Torrential rain has flooded parts of Scotland, with further downpours forecast.

Parts of Perth and Kinross were badly hit and Tayside Fire and Rescue Service said at one point they were responding to 11 flood-related incidents at the same time.

A spokeswoman for the service said the areas affected included Perth, Scone, Kinross, Forfar, Milnathort and Kirriemuir.
