'Racist' fire attack on shop

An Islamic charity shop suffered tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage when it was set alight in what is a suspected racist attack.

All the stock in the Islamic Relief store in Glasgow was damaged and it will remain closed for up to three months for repairs.

Police are treating the blaze as wilful fireraising and said they had not ruled out the possibility it was a racist incident.
