Mothers can save hundreds of pounds by using cloth nappies, a support group has said.
The Glasgow Real Nappy Network (GRNN), a voluntary group which offers free advice and support to parents thinking about using cloth nappies, said mothers often turned to real nappies in the new year as part of a drive to live more sustainable lives.
Parents using real nappies can save around £500 per child, according to Jacqueline Morrison, co-ordinator of the GRNN.
