Woman hunted over armed robbery
A shop worker was threatened with a handgun during a "terrifying" armed robbery at a newsagent.
The woman was working at RS McColl in Newton Church Road, Danderhall, Midlothian, when another woman entered the store and demanded money from the till.
She made off with a three-figure sum of cash and several packs of cigarettes before fleeing towards the Edmonstone Road/Millerhill area.
