Man 'thought body was mannequin'

A motorcyclist has told a murder trial of the moment he found a burned body in woodland near his home in North Lanarkshire.

Stuart Bell, 45, said he initially believed it to be a charred tailor's dummy, but soon discovered it was a corpse.

Jurors heard that half of the body was "pretty badly burned away" and a leg bone was visible.
