Youngsters put in bags of effort

PRIMARY school pupils from Bridge of Allan cleaned up the town during a recent outing.

Fourteen pupils from Bridge of Allan Primary School’s eco committee visited the Haws Park in an effort to make the popular park a better place to visit.

The committee teamed up with Lisa Kennedy and Louise Rawding and members of Stirling Council’s Streetscape team for the litter pick.

A total of 14 bags were semi-filled as part of the clean-up effort.

The school is working towards its third green Eco Flag.
