Kids enjoy holiday coaching sessions

MORE than 100 children attended Active Stirling’s football courses during the school holidays.

Courses were held at the astroturf pitches at Forthbank and the Raploch campus. Sessions included fun games, skill practices and small-sided matches. All children who attended received an SFA certificate.

Active Stirling’s football development officer Michael McPake said: “We saw lots of kids attending the courses at both Forthbank and Raploch. They have received the benefit of experienced coaches in a quality and safe environment in which everyone involved seemed to enjoy.”
