Albion push Partick all the way in Scottish Cup

Stirling Albion 2 Partick Thistle 3

Stirling Albion almost caused a Scottish Cup upset against First Division Partick Thistle.

Despite falling behind to two early goals, Albion came back into the match through a Craig Molloy goal in the 55th minute.

Partick restored their two-goal lead late in the match but Paul Murphy netted for Stirling with just a couple of minutes remaining.

That set up a nervy final few minuets for the Firhill men who managed to managed to hang on until the final whistle.
