STIRLING Albion travelled to Hampden to take on a Queen's Park side fighting to avoid relegation.
The first half hour of the game was quiet, with no real shots on target. It was Queen's Park who broke the deadlock in 38 minutes with a curling strike that went around keeper Scott Christie.
It was another half an hour before Stirling managed to get the equaliser when Mark Docherty's close range shot hit the back of the net.
But Queen's proved the stronger side and in the last 13 minutes, managed to score two goals into the visitors.
On Saturday, Stirling Albion are at home to East Fife.
